For medications filled through our partner pharmacies, VetSource and Vet's First Choice/Covetrus, please log in to your account with them and request your refill from that platform.  We check these requests multiple times a day.



For medications filled through outside pharmacies (1-800 PetMeds, Chewy, etc)... Please request through those pharmacies.  This will incur a $10 Prescription Transfer Fee.  We also do not accept faxed prescription refill requests. We process outside pharmacy requests once a week, please plan ahead if you wish to utilize this avenue of prescription purchases.  When opting to purchase medications through an outside pharmacy, please consider shopping local instead.    



​Important information regarding refills during COVID-19 Outbreak:


Please maintain your prescription during this time.  Please be advised that refill times may be extended and shipping times may take longer.  PLAN AHEAD and do not wait until you only have a few pills left.  


It is best to refill your medication when you have two weeks supply left.  This gives us time to re-order if needed.  If your pet requires lab work prior to getting a refill, please call our office and leave a message.  Clinical staff will review your records and return your call with a plan.

Allergy Medications (Apoquel, Cytopoint, etc)



ALL PRESCRIPTIONS REQUIRE A VALID EXAM ON FILE - THIS MEANS YOUR PET MUST HAVE BEEN SEEN WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
